Field support for the RCJA

Magtel’s Digital Transformation & BPO Division has established itself as a leading entity in the provision of consultancy, engineering, and specialized technical assistance services related to the main corporate telecommunications networks and e-administration platforms in Andalusia.

An example of this is the provision of field operation support services for the telecommunications of the Corporate Network of the Andalusian Government. This is accomplished through a team of technical professionals who specialize in networks, telecommunications services, security, and information systems. The services provided include:

  1. Project management office: Handling coordination and communication, technical assistance in occupational risk prevention (PRL), and provisioning.
  2. On-site interventions: Providing technical support, surveys and inspections, service migration, technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance at client locations.
  3. Cabling and installations.
  4. Logistics services.
  5. Warehouse management.
