Fundación Magtel is a team made up of multidisciplinary profiles with a common vision: to build a better society.
Each of them adds their own special expertise and experience to a firm social commitment to create value and successfully complete each of our actions.
This goal is shared by the entire team that – under the presidency of Auxiliadora López Magdaleno and direction of Adrián Fernández Cárdenas – works to improve the quality of life of all the people in our surroundings and continuously expand our radius of impact.

En Magtel mantenemos un compromiso claro con el establecimiento y desarrollo de políticas que integren la igualdad de trato y oportunidades entre todas las personas.
Por ello, impulsamos medidas para lograr la igualdad efectiva y contribuir a la eliminación de cualquier discriminación, especialmente aquellas directa o indirectamente causadas por razón de sexo.
Así, Magtel ha recibido el Distintivo de Igualdad en la Empresa otorgado por el Ministerio de Igualdad, un reconocimiento nacional que avala sus políticas activas en esta materia. A nivel autonómico, ha sido distinguida con la Marca Andaluza de Excelencia en Igualdad por parte de la Junta de Andalucía, y también ha recibido el I Distintivo de Igualdad concedido por el Ayuntamiento de Málaga.

We reduce
our footprint
We have the seal of the carbon footprint registry granted by the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge (MITECO) in order to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases from our activity, as we reflect our effort in the fight against climate change.
We apply our environmental policy motivated by the desire for continuous improvement in our sustainability, which translates into the best use of resources and the reduction or elimination of polluting sources.

We promote sustainable development in all the environments in which our company is present. We promote and encourage the development of environmental actions through the projection of our company’s know-how, always for the benefit of the environment.
Much more than just business targets
With the aim of creating a more social, caring and sustainable business culture, we align all of Magtel’s activities with the 17 goals driven by the United Nations.
Thus, we promote development that favours social and labour integration, international cooperation, applying innovation for social purposes and promoting charity events, just a few of the endeavours with which we have been involved. In this regard, we work alongside Fundación Magtel to create social value in Spain and round the world.
