Support Services for the PREPARADAS Programme
Magtel has provided support services to Sandetel within the framework of the PREPARADAS Programme, an initiative designed to enhance the digital skills of women across Andalusia, particularly those who are unemployed and living in rural areas.
The company has taken on the role of the Technical Office responsible for coordinating the programme’s implementation throughout Andalusia, carrying out actions aimed at increasing its visibility, encouraging participation, and ensuring the successful delivery of the training activities.
Services Delivered
- Support for the regional rollout of the digital skills development programme across Andalusia.
- Promotion and dissemination of the programme in municipalities with fewer than 30,000 inhabitants.
- Creation of a network of partnerships with collaborating public and private organisations.
- Monitoring, supervision and inspection of training activities.
- Technical coordination of all actions delivered within the scope of the project.
