As part of its diversification strategy, Magtel is strengthening its real estate division through the development of Residencial Montesol, an exclusive residential complex located in Córdoba, within the PP-01 sector, at the foothills of La Arruzafa.

The development comprises 56 homes, including 24 terraced houses and 32 apartments in low-rise multi-family buildings (ground floor plus two upper floors). The project also features extensive landscaped communal areas, pedestrian spaces, adult and children’s swimming pools, and a separate building dedicated to a gym, creating a residential environment designed to offer accessibility, comfort and a high quality of life.

The scheme has been designed by Castelló Arquitectura in line with principles of energy efficiency, sustainability and urban optimisation, incorporating architectural solutions that are fully integrated into the natural surroundings of the Sierra de Córdoba and tailored to the demands of contemporary living.

The development received an excellent market response and achieved strong sales success, enabling construction works to commence in late 2025.

Residencial Montesol will be further expanded through a second phase, which is scheduled to begin shortly. This new stage will comprise 42 homes with similar characteristics, together with their corresponding parking spaces and storage units. Upon completion, the development will offer a total of 98 homes, consolidating its position as one of Córdoba’s flagship residential projects.
