The aim of the project is to enhance quality in undertaking bureaucratic procedures for the city council through new e-administration tools.

It will be available to citizens starting today, Friday 18 June

The company was the successful bidder for executing the new citizen services project for the Cordoba City Council. The purpose of this initiative is to speed up and improve the quality of its services for bureaucratic processes, and is financed via European funding via EDUCI (Sustainable and integrated urban development strategies).

The aim is to not only make different citizen service tools available to users, but also to report on its operation, as well as explaining and advising on the steps to follow to resolve the process in question.

The new service offers several channels by which to contact them: phone by ringing 957 469700 and be email to soporte.sedeselectronicas.ext.ayuncordoba.es.

In addition to these two assistance channels, the social media Facebook and Twitter will be added as the third contact method.

The service will be available from Monday to Friday from 10.00 am to 2.30 pm and from 4.30 to 7.00 pm. However, starting in September, this citizen services system will provide service that is adapted to the winter workday, extending service through Saturday.
