Javier Vílchez, selection and training expert at Fundación Magtel, shared some keys to job searching

The team leading Cordoba Employment Springboard 2019, initiative focused on teaching general competencies, paid Fundación Magtel a visit at the foundation’s corporate HQ. This pioneering programme is supported by Fundación Santa María la Real partnering with Fundación Telefónica.

In order to match participating candidates’ profiles with the current labour market, the meeting aimed at going into the competencies recruiters value the most at the selection process.

To that end, Javier Vílchez, selecting and training expert at Fundación Magtel, made a presentation on Magtel‘s business, followed by a talk where he shared the posts the company focuses on and some keys to lifting employability and conducting one-on-one interviews. In addition, each candidate set out their professional profile and presented their background in job searching.
