Magtel is involved in the integration of railway signalling and train protection systems at the underground Murcia del Carmen station and within the El Reguerón railway area, delivering works for CAF Signalling aimed at modernising and enhancing the railway infrastructure.

The project includes the integration of advanced signalling, train protection and railway telecommunications systems at the underground Murcia del Carmen station. The scope incorporates technologies for train movement supervision and traffic control, together with communication and detection systems designed to improve operational management and infrastructure safety.

The works also include the deployment of fibre-optic networks and the installation of the infrastructure required to ensure the proper interconnection and reliable operation of the various railway systems. Through the integration of these technologies, the project contributes to enhancing the efficiency, safety and performance of railway operations within a strategic section of the rail network.
