Magtel is committed to supporting young talent through its active participation in the Empléate Forum, an initiative organised by Córdoba Provincial Council and Fundecor that connects leading companies with students and professionals interested in strategic sectors such as engineering, technology and advanced services.

The event, taking place on 22 and 23 April 2026 at the Patio Blanco of Córdoba Provincial Council, brings together more than thirty public and private organisations in a space dedicated to careers guidance, training and direct engagement with companies. In this context, Magtel will be present at stand number 26, where the Selection Area team will provide information on career opportunities, in-demand profiles and the different pathways for joining the company.

Participation in the expert panel on innovation, technology and talent 

In addition to its exhibition space, Magtel will take part on Wednesday, 23 April, in the expert panel entitled “Innovation, technology and talent: building the professional future”, a discussion forum bringing together people and talent management leaders from leading companies in the industrial, technological and advanced services sectors.

Representing Magtel, Inmaculada Junquera, Head of Talent Management, takes part in the panel, sharing the company’s vision on integrating junior talent into real projects, the importance of both technical and transversal skills, and the role of innovation and technological transformation in professional development within the sector.

During the panel, key issues are addressed, such as the most in-demand profiles, routes into companies, adaptation to constantly evolving technological environments, and the need to build solid career paths from the very early stages of working life.
