Magtel presents its 2025 Annual Report

A year marked by the consolidation of the company’s technological and multisector model, progress in strategic projects, and the strengthening of its commitment to sustainability and regional development.

Magtel has published its 2025 Annual Activities Report, a document that gathers the main milestones achieved during the year and reflects the company’s evolution in a context marked by the energy transition, digitalisation, and the growing technical complexity of projects. The Report provides a comprehensive overview of the activities carried out across the group’s different areas and highlights a diversified business model based on the integration of engineering, energy, telecommunications, infrastructure, digital transformation, R&D&I, and defence.

The 2025 financial year has been characterised by the consolidation of Magtel as a technology company capable of delivering highly complex projects in strategic sectors. Throughout the year, the company has strengthened its position in key areas such as energy storage, the development of renewable energy, the digitalisation of critical infrastructure, and the modernisation of transport networks, contributing to improved efficiency, resilience, and sustainability in the regions where it operates.

The document highlights significant progress in the energy area, with a strong focus on storage solutions—both through BESS systems and reversible hydroelectric plants—as well as the advancement of green hydrogen, biogas, renewable desalination, and both ground-mounted and floating photovoltaic projects. These initiatives reinforce Magtel’s commitment to a more flexible, decarbonised energy model aligned with climate objectives.

At the same time, the company has continued to develop significant projects in telecommunications, digital transformation and infrastructure, with a particular focus on the digitalisation of the water cycle, the modernisation of railway networks, the construction of healthcare facilities, and the deployment of technological solutions applied to public services. R&D&I activity has continued to act as a cross-cutting driver, enabling knowledge transfer and the development of innovative solutions with real-world applications across the group’s various business areas.

The 2025 Annual Activities Report also devotes significant attention to people, responsible management and social commitment. The document outlines initiatives carried out in the areas of equality, training, safety and social responsibility, as well as the work of the Magtel Foundation, which reinforces the company’s commitment to generating a positive impact beyond its business activities.

The 2025 Annual Activities Report summarises a year of intense activity across all areas of the group and serves as a reference document for understanding Magtel’s development and its main lines of action.
