PHOTOVOLTAIC SOLAR WITH TRACKER
El Molino de la Africana was built as one of the company’s great commitments to the renewable energy sector.
The plant has an innovative technology consisting of polycrystalline-silicon modules on a mobile two-axis structure. This new type of structure, or solar tracker, was created by the company’s own R&D&I Division.
Thanks to the new technology used at this plant, the farm has increased the performance of its 39,000 solar panels by around 35%, since it makes better use of sunlight hours
