Remote-Controlled Irrigation System – Comprehensive Installation
The facility has been equipped with a fully integrated remote-control system, allowing for efficient, centralized, real-time management of the entire hydraulic infrastructure. This system ensures optimized water resource management, greater operational efficiency, and immediate response to any incidents.
Executed actions:
Main pressure collector:
A main pressure collector consisting of several branches has been installed, designed to transport irrigation water from the intake point at El Nacimiento to the various agricultural plots served by the system.
Long-distance distribution network:
The hydraulic network extends over approximately 180 kilometers, comprising pipes made of various materials and diameters:
Complete hydraulic infrastructure:
The network is structured into primary, secondary, and tertiary levels, and includes individual plot intakes and meter cabinets, ensuring efficient and controlled water distribution throughout the irrigated area.
Intake at El Nacimiento:
A water intake facility has been built, equipped with two high-capacity vertical pumps and control cabinets for power supply and automated intake operation.
Associated electrical infrastructure:
To ensure proper system operation, a medium-voltage power network has been implemented, along with a transformer station that provides the necessary electrical supply for operating pumps and control equipment.
