With this project, Magtel seeks to study the technical and economic feasibility of hydrotalcite based filters for the removal of heavy metals present in wastewater as a result of artisanal mining in Peru. For this, this initiative proposes the design and construction of a prototype implemented in such mining, validated by the assessment of a prototype in a laboratory, where important parameters of the system will be measured, as well as the wastewater from mining.
