Project executed by the Magtel & Lirola Joint Venture for the Andalusian Regional Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs.
The future El Ejido Northeast Health Center is being built in a strategic area of the municipality of El Ejido, on a 3,075-square-meter plot provided by the City Council. This new facility will significantly improve healthcare coverage in the municipality, becoming its third health center.
The building will have over 2,000 square meters of constructed area, distributed over two floors, and will include an adjacent surface parking area to facilitate access and provide greater convenience for both users and healthcare professionals.
The main objective of this new center is to strengthen healthcare services in the northeastern part of the municipality, helping to relieve pressure on the existing centers and offering more accessible, efficient, and locally available care to a significant portion of the population.
