The project has been developed by the Magtel & Lirola Joint Venture, commissioned by the Andalusian Regional Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs, with the aim of providing the population with modern, functional healthcare facilities tailored to current medical care needs.
The new building, with a total constructed area of 2,867.30 m², is organized around a central longitudinal space that serves as the backbone of the center. This central atrium allows for an efficient and clear distribution of the various areas, spread over the ground floor and first floor.
