This latest edition of the Telecommunications and Information Society Night brought together representatives from companies and institutions within the Andalusian ICT sector in Seville, at an event that has become a key fixture in the regional technology calendar. Organised by the Association of Telecommunications Engineers of Western Andalusia, in collaboration with the Official College of Telecommunications Engineers of Western Andalusia and Ceuta (COITAOC), the event once again counted on the sponsorship of Magtel.

Held at the Pavilion of the Future, the event gathered more than 500 professionals in a space designed for knowledge exchange, networking, and identifying trends in digital transformation. In this context, Magtel was present through its Digital Transformation Division, participating alongside other key players in the sector and reinforcing its commitment to the development of the Andalusian technological ecosystem.

The event concluded with the presentation of the 2026 Andalusian Telecommunications Awards, recognising Endesa in the “Excellence in ICT” category, Stratos Global Solutions as “Innovative Initiative”, and engineer Antonio Calderón Pérez for his “Professional Career”. In addition, the Corazón y Vida Association received the special “Social Action” award in recognition of its support for people with congenital heart conditions.

These awards brought the event to a close, once again highlighting the ICT sector as one of the main drivers of innovation and development in Andalusia.
