Magtel’s Digital Transformation Division plays a strategic role in the modernisation of public and private organisations, supporting them in the technological adaptation processes required to navigate an increasingly digital, interconnected and demanding environment. Its activity is focused on turning technology into a genuine driver of efficiency, service quality and operational improvement, going beyond the mere implementation of tools.
Magtel approaches digital transformation from a comprehensive and practical perspective, combining technological expertise, operational capability, and experience in managing critical services. This approach makes it possible to design and implement digital solutions aligned with the real objectives of organisations, ensuring their technical feasibility, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
One of the Division’s main areas of activity is the outsourcing of ICT processes and services, particularly in institutional and administrative environments of high complexity. Throughout 2025, Magtel has provided multichannel support services, operational assistance and advanced management of digital processes for various regional ministries and agencies of the Regional Government of Andalusia.
This model positions Magtel as a trusted technology partner for the management of digital public services, combining citizen-facing support, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
The Digital Transformation Division also plays a significant role in the improvement and modernisation of ICT infrastructure, facilitating access to advanced technology across the territory. Notable is the project for the supply and installation of technological equipment, furnishings and digital signage in the Puntos Vuela network, implemented across various provinces of Andalusia.
This rollout has enabled the comprehensive upgrade of 83 municipalities and the standardisation of equipment in a further 91, incorporating solutions such as educational robotics, digital whiteboards, 3D printers, telemedicine kits, and digital signage.
These actions have strengthened the role of technology as a tool for territorial cohesion, digital upskilling, and equitable access to advanced services, particularly in rural areas.
As part of its socially impactful transformation approach, Magtel has actively participated in the territorial rollout of the “Preparadas” programme, aimed at developing the digital skills of unemployed women in rural areas of Andalusia. The Division has taken on the role of the programme’s technical support office, coordinating outreach, monitoring and oversight of the training activities.
The initiative aimed to provide digital skills training to more than 80,000 women, helping to reduce the digital divide and improve employability in environments with more limited access to technological opportunities.
The Division also provides operational support services to the Corporate Telecommunications Network of the Regional Government of Andalusia, covering functions such as client and service management, provisioning, engineering, quality control, and project management.
Magtel also carries out technical audits of Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT) signal quality, including coverage analysis, fault diagnosis and specialised measurements, ensuring the proper delivery of the service to citizens.
Through this approach, Magtel strengthens its position as a transformative agent, capable of applying technology to enhance organisational efficiency, reinforce public services, and enable effective, inclusive digitalisation focused on delivering real impact on both the territory and people.
