Magtel is a founding member of the Andalusian Biomethane Business Cluster, which was launched today in Seville, an initiative promoted by several companies at the regional level.
The cluster marks the beginning of a new phase in promoting biomethane as a renewable energy source—an essential element for decarbonization in Andalusia and, of course, in Spain. This initiative represents a push from the most important companies in the sector advocating for the energy transition and sustainability.
The organization addresses the need to structure a business and technological ecosystem around biomethane. This will enable the transition to a new, decarbonized, and more competitive model, aligned with European objectives.
The cluster’s goal is to become a key interlocutor in the sector through public-private collaboration, innovation, and the development of technical approaches that facilitate project implementation, positioning Spain as a European leader in the use of biomethane.
Through its Hydraulics and Environment Division, Magtel joins the cluster with the aim of contributing its territorial knowledge, extensive technical experience, and strong commitment to sustainable development. With this participation, Magtel reaffirms its commitment to innovation and strategic collaboration to drive an energy transition based on renewable sources that is efficient and environmentally responsible.
