The project has been developed by the Magtel & Lirola Joint Venture, commissioned by the Andalusian Regional Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs, with the aim of providing the population with modern, functional healthcare facilities tailored to current medical care needs.

The new building, with a total constructed area of 2,867.30 m², is organized around a central longitudinal space that serves as the backbone of the center. This central atrium allows for an efficient and clear distribution of the various areas, spread over the ground floor and first floor.

Functional layout of the facilities:

The new premises will feature a comprehensive healthcare area including:

• Immediate care and general medicine for adults.
• Pediatric clinic.
• Auxiliary services area.
• Dedicated spaces for critical care and emergency services.
• Support areas for minor surgery, dental office, health education, rehabilitation, physiotherapy, and radiology.

In addition, the building will include areas for public services, exclusive-use spaces for healthcare personnel, and other complementary facilities required for the proper functioning of the center.

Works executed to date:

The main tasks completed so far include:

• Complete demolition of the pre-existing structure on the site.
• Earthworks and excavation for the basement.
• Construction of the foundation and party walls.
• Erection of two structural floor slabs of the building.
• Partial backfilling of walls and leveling of the area designated for the future parking lot.
