Infrastructures for the generation of resources to correct the water deficit in Andalusia
Throughout 2021, we have carried out the processing, coordination of collaborators and engineering work necessary for the development of four seawater desalination plants in Andalusia, with a total capacity of 200 Hm3 per year.
The desalination of seawater will generate the additional water resources necessary to cor-rect the water deficit situation in Andalusia, recover the good condition of its water bodies and guarantee the ecosystem of Doñana in the long term.
