Magtel has been recognized with the Andalusian Seal of Excellence in Equality, awarded by the Regional Government of Andalusia, for its commitment to building a more equal, fair, and inclusive society across all sectors.

The Ministry of Social Inclusion, Youth, Families, and Equality, through the Andalusian Institute for Women, granted this recognition to 45 Andalusian companies, thus promoting gender equality in the workplace, economy, and business environment.

The Andalusian Seal of Excellence in Equality was created to encourage business initiatives that implement measures to promote equality in human resources management, as well as to improve the quality of women’s employment.

This marks an important milestone for Magtel in its pursuit of equality, reaffirming its commitment to building a fairer and more equal society for all.
