Magtel, as part of a joint venture, executes 120 subsidized housing units (VPO) in Córdoba

The joint venture formed by Magtel and Construcciones Aragonés Morales will build 120 subsidized housing units (VPO) in Córdoba.

The joint venture (UTE) between Magtel and Construcciones Aragonés Morales will execute a total of 120 VPO (officially protected) housing units in Córdoba, as part of a residential development promoted by Convisur. The new residential complex is named “Al-Ándalus”, which is also the name adopted by the UTE responsible for the construction works.

Located near the Miralbaida neighborhood, the project includes, in addition to the 120 housing units, 28 commercial premises, 187 underground parking spaces, storage rooms, and extensive common areas designed to foster community living.

Construction is scheduled to begin in June and is expected to be completed by mid-2027. The homes are intended for families with limited incomes and will meet high standards of energy efficiency and universal accessibility.

This development represents a significant contribution to Córdoba’s stock of subsidized housing and demonstrates a commitment to sustainable construction and improving residents’ quality of life.

With this project, Convisur strengthens its presence in the Andalusian real estate market, promoting inclusive and sustainable urban development models.
