Magtel’s Infrastructure Division successfully completes the construction of subsidized housing in Mairena del Aljarafe.

Magtel’s Infrastructure Division has successfully completed the construction of VPO (officially protected) housing in the town of Mairena del Aljarafe, Seville.

The project consists of a residential building with 20 VPO units located on Avenida de las Civilizaciones. The main developer of the project was the Vimpyca Foundation, with Magtel participating as the building contractor.

The residential complex, named “Góngora”, includes 20 storage rooms, 25 parking spaces, and two commercial premises. The building comprises eight floors plus a walkable rooftop. Two of the floors are underground, designated for parking and storage. One of the apartments has been adapted for people with disabilities.

Built according to energy efficiency criteria, the building incorporates significant innovations, such as natural garage ventilation that allows fresh air to enter from the outside.

The project stands out for its location on a large plot within the expanding urban area of Seville, serving as a “bedroom community” for its residents.
