The Bujalance City Council has awarded Magtel the second phase of the construction work for the Bujalance supply market, which continues after a first phase that included the building’s foundations, slabs, and enclosures.
In this second phase, which is expected to be completed within eight months, the Infrastructure Division will carry out carpentry, installations, and finishing works on the market floor. The execution of this phase will be key and the definitive step toward completing the transformation of the municipal market into a modern, accessible, and multifunctional space.
Currently, the building’s roof is pending completion of the skylights. At the same time, the enclosures will allow natural light to enter and improve climate control inside the market, which was previously very sealed.
This phase will include the completion of the interior of the market floor, specifically a substructure for the mezzanine, sales modules, the remaining partitions, installations, interior finishes, and both exterior and interior carpentry.
