Magtel’s Infrastructure Division has completed the construction of a new 20,000 m² boulevard in Alcalá de Guadaíra (Seville), which will serve as the main axis of community life for the new urban development area located between the Complejo Deportivo Sur, the Dos Hermanas road, and Habana Street.
This boulevard is part of the construction contract for the SUPR3B North sector of Alcalá de Guadaíra, promoted by Kutxabank through its subsidiary Harrie Hegoalde 2 S.A.U., with Magtel responsible for executing the project.
The boulevard developed by Magtel spans 500 meters in length and 45 meters in width, featuring landscaped areas with albero paths, a total of 318 trees and 200 shrubs to enhance the green environment.
Additionally, the project includes recreational areas with children’s playgrounds, a calisthenics area, a small amphitheater for theater performances, and multi-purpose courts adaptable to different sports activities. The urbanization works of Phase 6 have been completed and are currently awaiting formal acceptance by the Alcalá de Guadaíra City Council.
At present, Magtel is carrying out the Phase 7 works with the same developer. The works are progressing in the construction of a residential complex consisting of plots for single-family homes of 500 and 300 square meters, mostly single-story and, in some cases, two-story dwellings. The plan also reserves land for Officially Protected Housing (VPO) in the form of multi-story blocks—yet to be developed—as well as a plot designated for facilities, likely of a sports nature.
Investment in the area has also materialized through key infrastructure projects, including a new electrical substation, transformation centers, and a recently built collector system.
In this way, Magtel’s Infrastructure Division continues its construction and urban development work in the Virgen del Águila Urbanization of Alcalá de Guadaíra, contributing to the improvement of quality of life and community well-being for local residents.
