Magtel’s Installation Division began in 2019, as part of its activity, the execution of comprehensive installations in unique buildings and industrial structures such as office buildings, hotels, and shopping centers.

In this context, Magtel, in a joint venture with Rahi, has developed the project to carry out the electrical, communication, and special services installations for the Ikos Hotel in Estepona (Málaga), on behalf of the client Acciona Construcción – Sando, with a team of 50 professionals.

Promoted by the hotel group Ikos Resorts, the hotel features a total of 411 rooms and suites spread across seven buildings, as well as eight restaurants, sports facilities, a theater, and 3,100 square meters dedicated to pools and a spa.

Magtel’s Installation Division has been involved in two essential parts of this project, specifically the electrical installations and Information Technology (IT) installations of the hotel complex.
