The project also features extensive landscaped communal areas, pedestrian spaces, adult and children&#8217;s swimming pools, and a separate building dedicated to a gym, creating a residential environment designed to offer accessibility, comfort and a high quality of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The scheme has been designed by <strong>Castell\u00f3 Arquitectura<\/strong> in line with principles of energy efficiency, sustainability and urban optimisation, incorporating architectural solutions that are fully integrated into the natural surroundings of the Sierra de C\u00f3rdoba and tailored to the demands of contemporary living.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The development received an excellent market response and achieved strong sales success, enabling construction works to commence in late 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Residencial Montesol<\/strong> will be further expanded through a second phase, which is scheduled to begin shortly. This new stage will comprise <strong>42 homes<\/strong> with similar characteristics, together with their corresponding parking spaces and storage units.
